Accumulators
The accumulator collects logs coming from the tail sealer, putting them into transport buckets. If upstream or downstream machinery stops temporarily, the accumulator assures processing continuity. It thus increases overall reliability and flexibility of the tissue converting line.
Machines
This machine will add flexibility and reliability to your new toilet roll or kitchen towel line. In case of excess log production, the incorporated discharge device can pass logs to the subsequent stations, respecting the parameters programmed on the other machines.
The XA2 is our newest accumulator model, perfect for the new and growing producer of toilet rolls and kitchen towels. At a loading-unloading speed of 35-37 logs/min, excess log production can pass from the rewinder-tail sealer to downstream stations. Processing times on the other machines are respected, so the entire line runs smoothly and reliably.
Nominal format: 1800mm (70.87") to 3600mm (141.73")
Loading speed: up to 35 logs/min
Unloading speed: up to 37 logs/min

8 pitch chain - accumulation 200, 41 logs in transit
9 pitch chain - accumulation 178, 36 logs in transit
