Log loaders
This unit constitutes an important part of a converting line, between the accumulator and the log saw. Körber Engineering Shanghai offers different models of log loaders to meet converters’ demands based on the accumulator capacity and the number of log saws installed.
Machines
Our XLL1 helps assure production line efficiency, so important to the growth of companies entering the toilet roll or kitchen towel market. This model facilitates passage of logs between our XA2 accumulator and XLS2 log saw, transporting logs of 85 to 155 mm diameter, at an in-feed speed of 35 logs/min.
Nominal format: 1800 mm (70.87") - 3600 mm (141.73")
Production speed: up to 35 logs/min
Unloading configuration: 1 log saw, 4 lanes
Our new XLL2 allows feeding of two 2- or 3-lane log saws, transporting logs of 85 to 160 mm diameter, at an in-feed speed of 25 logs/min.
Nominal format: 1800 mm (70.87") - 3600 mm (141.73")
Production speed: up to 25 logs/min
Unloading configuration: 2 log saws, 2 or 3 lanes
