Technical Service Department
KES technicians perform a wide range of machine services aimed at keeping your equipment fully operational. And more. Our services also enable your existing KES machinery to keep abreast of improved efficiency and output-quality standards over time.
Our Technical Service staff supplies assistance that is both fast and appropriate to Asian market needs. You deal directly with us and our corporate family – from initial assistance by phone, through the scheduling and performance of on-site service by Körber PaperLink companies such as E.C.H. Will, Fabio Perini S.p.A. or Körber Engineering Shanghai.
Service Parts
Wherever your plant is located, our service is nearby, to deliver service parts whenever needed. KES, as well as other branch offices of Fabio Perini, has access to the central system around the clock, assuring the correct part is identified and shipped it quickly to your factory. In addition to our local warehouse, we can draw on the warehouses of Fabio Perini, Fabio Perini North America, Fabio Perini Brazil and Fabio Perini Japan when necessary.
We are also your direct link to service and production expertise from our plant in Italy. At every level, dedicated personnel are constantly at your disposal.
Training
Our Training & Documentation Service efficiently transfers our expertise to you. We will train your employees to use KES machinery (or the machinery of other Körber PaperLink companies) at optimum performance levels. In addition to training your internal technical personnel, we can also train those of other providers.
Technical Improvement Program (T.I.P)
The T.I.P. program is the key getting maximum life and performance from your machinery investments. Developed by our fellow KPL companies (E.C.H. Will, Fabio Perini S.p.A. and Pemco), the program consists of instructions and parts kits that enable you to renew your machinery and keep it up to date. Körber Engineering Shanghai offers parts of this program to the Asian market, as our customers require.
